So Cal Arabic Language and Culture Meetup

This meet up is a spin off the LA Arabic Language and Culture Meetup. As many of our members do live in areas further south of Los Angeles, this meetup group was created so that members can still participate in cultural and learning experience without the long commute to Los Angeles. If you live in LA proper area, you are still welcome to join us and participate in events which will usually be held in areas further south of LA such as in Anaheim, OC, etc... This meetup is for folks who have an interest in the Arabic language and culture. Our members consists of native speakers and individuals who are interested in learning about Arabic and the Arab culture. We plan to oranize a variety of events such as an informal Arabic language sessions and social events such as a hafla (dinner) and performances. A good place to meet others with similar interest.

Come join us for Arabian Nights Extravaganza XIV at the Paris Las Vegas, featuring George Wassouf, Melhem Zein, and Carole Samaha
We will leave for Las Vegas Saturday morning, and spend the day wandering around the city. The show in the evening includes delicious Lebanese fare. There is a dance floor for those inclined to move to the rhythms! We'll drive back to So Cal Sunday afternoon.
