I'm planinng the annual "Hanami" Meetup in Inokashira Park near Kichijoji Station at 13:00 on 29th March ("Hanami" is a sort of picnic under cherry blossoms).

Let's meet in front of the guide map at the entrance of the park at 13:00 first. There are stairs near the Starbucks Coffee Inokashira Park, so please go down these stairs. You can find easily the guide map like the attached photo.
